Warranty & Service
All details will be confirmed with partners well, all details here are factory standard
Warranty : 60 months for plywood cabinet, solid surface and resin products like bathtub, basins, shower tray and so on, 120 months for shower room, faucet, shower,fittings. 60months for ceramic toilet pan and basins,24months for toilet cover and flushing systerm.
In case there is any quality problem with the product or any damage on the product due to quality problem, the customer is requested to provide MOPO® with necessary information (including manufacturing serial number, relevant photos, etc.). MOPO® will supply the replacement for free on the basis of MOPO® factory. If the product is damaged due to transportation while distribution or by incorrectly installing or using of the product, MOPO® will charge reasonably for the replacement.
